Ben Fletcher joined Accel in 2016 and focuses on enterprise software, AI, and infrastructure companies. Ben moved to London in 2024 to lead Accel’s late-stage investing efforts across Europe. Since moving to London, Ben has led investments in Synthesia, Nuitee, Lovable, and n8n.
Prior to London, Ben spent nine years in California and helped source and lead Accel’s investments in Ada, BetterCloud, BrowserStack, Checkr, Galileo, Guru, Jellyfish, Merge, MessageBird, Nuitee, Podium, Webflow, and UnitQ.
Prior to Accel, Ben worked on Google's M&A and investment team. Before Google, Ben worked in finance and partnerships at Apple. Ben is from Vienna, Virginia and graduated from Brigham Young University.
